General Terms

• Refunds apply only to first-time YetaHost customers. If you have renewed or purchased additional services, you are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are not available in cases of: misuse of services, violations of laws/regulations, or breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 working days (unless otherwise stated).
• Add-ons and third-party licenses (e.g., LiteSpeed, domains) are non-refundable.
• Canceling hosting does not cancel your domain registration — domains are always non-refundable once registered.

Refund Policy for Linux Hosting Plans [v2 07/2021]

YetaHost offers a 45-day refund guarantee for yearly Linux hosting plans. If you are unsatisfied within the first 45 days of signing up, you may cancel and receive a full refund, including the time already used.

Please note:

• Applies only to yearly Linux hosting plans.
• Not valid for monthly plans or renewals.
• If a FREE domain was claimed, its cost will be deducted (domain fees are non-refundable).
• Refunds may take 5–7 working days.
• Refunds are not granted if your account is involved in misuse, illegal activity, or policy violations.

Managed Cloud Server plans include a 7-day refund guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of subscription, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Please note:

• Refund eligibility applies only to first-time customers.
Add-ons such as LiteSpeed licenses are non-refundable.
• Refunds requested after 7 days are not eligible.
• Refunds may take up to 7 working days.
• Misuse, illegal activity, or Acceptable Use Policy violations void refund eligibility.

Refund Policy for UnManaged VPS Servers [v1 01/2025]

Unmanaged VPS plans are covered by a 12-hour refund policy. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, subscriptions are considered final and non-refundable.

• Any violation of law, misuse of services, or AUP breach will forfeit refund eligibility.
• Refund requests outside the 12-hour window will not be accepted.

Domain Registration Policy [v2 11/2022]

Canceling your hosting account does not cancel your domain registration. Domains cannot be canceled or refunded once registered, and fees are always non-refundable.

If you received a free domain as part of a package, the domain cost will be deducted from any applicable hosting refund.
